Our food safety program is led by trained food scientists working in close collaboration with our processing and technology teams. We do more than meet FDA standards. We implement the SQF Edition 9 Food Safety System, one of the most rigorous GFSI-recognised standards in the world, with daily digital monitoring, third-party testing, and multiple quality checkpoints from receiving to final packaging.

Development and maintenance of a full GFSI-compliant Food Safety Management System. Monthly comparisons to SQF Edition 9 program expectations. Continuous improvement culture focused on what can we do, not just what we must do.

Fresh seafood is processed at temperatures under 40°F throughout the facility. Digitally monitored cold storage is used at every stage, from receiving through packaging and dispatch. Temperature records are part of every product’s traceability file.

Regular third-party testing covers water, ice, ingredients, food contact surfaces, and finished products. Results are documented and available to buyers upon request. We do not rely solely on internal inspection because independent verification is part of our standard program.

Daily inspections at multiple checkpoints throughout the day ensure programs are being followed. Daily review of digital production logs by our food safety team. Any deviation from standard triggers immediate corrective action before production continues.

FDA-registered export facility. Full HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) plan implemented and maintained. Our HACCP program covers all identified biological, chemical, and physical hazards across the entire processing chain.
